Early/Extended Setup (subject to approval and fees)

Here you will find the times for the early or extended setup of the industry exhibition.

Take advantage of the opportunity for early or extended setup for your booth at our industry exhibition! This service allows you to set up your booth before the official setup period begins, giving you more time and flexibility. Additionally, we offer the option to continue setup after the end of the first congress day or before the start of the second day, should you prefer to begin later.

Please note that both early and extended setup require approval and are subject to additional fees*. Contact us for further information and secure your slot for a smooth and efficient start to our congress.
